چکیده
Classical model-free predictive current control (MFPCC) is a robust technique for two-level inverter-fed induction-motor drive, with advantages that consist of simple concept, rapid response, implementation, and excellent performance. However, the classic finite-control-set MFPCC still exhibits significant ripple. This article presents method to enhance performance using combination discrete-space vector modulation (DSVM). The employs an ultralocal model extended-state observer (ESO) does not consider motor parameters, therefore improving system’s reliability by eliminating parameter dependency. proposed integrates DSVM, which divides single sample period into N equal intervals generates virtual vectors reduce stator It achieves minimum cost-function value across entire operating range (IM) drive selecting optimal from limited set permissible voltage vectors. Using DSVM effectively reduces total harmonic distortion (THD) without any detrimental effects during transients or steady states. Experimental studies validate effectiveness superiority suggested over Finite-Control-Set (FCS) MFPCC, only considers real in its computations.

A new method for current control of multiphase drives is presented. The proposed control method is based on a model based predictive controller which minimises a predefined function cost. A voltage vector to minimise the current error is selected. A discrete-time model of the drive is also used to generate the control signals. Simulation and experimental results are provided. These preliminary ...

A bearingless induction machine has combined characteristics of induction motor and magnetic bearings. Therefore, the advantages are small size and low-cost. In the magnetic suspension of the bearingless motors, suspension forces are generated based on the feedback signals of displacement sensors detecting the movement of the rotor shaft. The suspension forces are generated taking an advantage ...

One of the most important development in control area for induction motor has been field oriented control (FOC) established firstly by (Blaschke, 1972). However, the performance of this technique is affected by the motor parameter variations and unknown external disturbances. To improve the dynamic response and reduce the complexity of FOC methods, an extension amount of work has been done to f...

In this paper, we present a new approach to the Direct Torque Control (DTC) problem of three-phase induction motor drives. This approach is based on Model Predictive Control (MPC) exploiting the specific structure of the DTC problem and using a systematic design procedure. Specifically, by observing that the DTC objectives, which require the controlled variables to remain within certain bounds,...
